Overview:
The product consists of a sender and a receiver which showed on the case,it can expand the signal DVI/RS232 to somewhere remote by Single-core optical fiber,the high-speed Optical FPGA technology has been used that converting DVI signal into an optical fiber signal transmission 3G resolution up to 1920*1080@60Hz, max distance 10KM.Widely used in a variety of industries and areas of security monitoring, hospitals, banks, splicing systems, multimedia information release system.
The DVI over Fiber Converter/Extender is a high-speed, HDCP compliant fiber optic transport system capable of distributing high resolution HDMI or DVI signals over fiber cable while maintaining flawless image quality. An DVI input signal from a source device such as a set-top box or Blu-Ray player is converted into light pulses by an optical transmitter module for transmission over two (2) strands of fiber optic cable. On the display side, an optical receiver module converts the light pulses back to an DVI signal for display on a monitor or projector.
